My Wellness Plan – a health management web applicationÂ
My Wellness Plan is a web app that can be used by hospitals and wellness centers for managing hospitals, medicine, physician consult where patients can also view their checkups and medicine details accordingly.
Also, patient’s prescription details, health checkup history can also be shared with other doctors in case if they change their doctor, their medical history is stored in a safe place and can be accessed easily.
