PrepaidIQ is a U.S.-based Technology Service Provider (TSP) delivering API-driven solutions for prepaid mobile activations, refills, and port-ins across major carriers such as T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T. Acting as the operational layer above mobile dealers, the platform enables partners to manage and automate services through a centralized system. Built on Laravel, the solution includes role-specific interfaces for TSP administrators and dealers, secure token-based authentication, and real-time carrier API integrations, with a dedicated dealer portal
The system delivers a responsive, role-based experience tailored for both TSP admins and mobile dealers. The TSP dashboard provides tools to manage carrier configurations, dealer accounts, transaction logs, and system settings, while the dealer portal offers quick, mobile-optimized access to activations, refills, and port-ins. Built with Laravel Blade templates, the UI focuses on speed, scalability, and intuitive navigation to support high-volume operations.
The primary challenge was ensuring secure multi-level access and data isolation while maintaining system performance under heavy transactional loads. Standardizing workflows like activation, refill, and port-in across multiple carrier APIs required a unified and scalable architecture. Additionally, the system needed to deliver real-time transaction feedback, manage dealer authentication tokens securely, and remain highly available during peak usage. Designing both the main admin panel and dealer portal for consistent, fast performance was a critical requirement.
A modular Laravel application was implemented with dedicated dashboards for TSP administrators and dealers. The admin panel supports token management, carrier setup, dealer onboarding, plan configurations, and audit logging. Dealers access a secure, responsive portal to process activations, refills, and port-ins in real time. Laravel’s queues, caching, and background processing ensure reliable, high-speed API handling. The architecture was designed for scalability, allowing new dealers and carriers to be onboarded without code-level modifications.
