SkillSales is a training application by Hyvikk Solutions designed to onboard and educate users of the Salespark ecosystem- Sales Executives (SE) and Area Sales Officers (ASO). The app delivers training content in six versatile formats such as audio, video, PDF, images, text and external links followed by interactive quizzes to reinforce learning. With tailored role-based learning paths, SkillSales ensures field personnel are equipped to use the Salespark tools effectively.
SkillSales was created with a focus on structured learning and flexibility. It provides two distinct tracks tailored to the needs of Sales Executives and ASOs. The app supports multi-format content delivery, quizzes for engagement and progress tracking to give users visibility into their learning journey.
The app needed to address several challenges: different user learning preferences, low engagement with training material, difficulty in navigating modules and the need to keep training content updated. Users often skipped or forgot information when training lacked interactivity and without structured organization, modules were hard to follow.
We solved these problems by supporting six flexible content formats to cater to diverse learning styles. To ensure engagement and retention, interactive quizzes were added after each module. Training was organized into clear categories with visual progress tracking, making it easy to follow structured learning paths. Finally, an admin interface was built to keep training materials updated, ensuring users always accessed the latest information.
