Salespark ASO is built for Area Sales Officers and regional managers, offering a dashboard-style interface that consolidates field team activity. The design emphasizes usability, real-time updates and structured reporting, ensuring supervisors can monitor operations efficiently. This design increases visibility across distributed teams, reduces the time spent on manual data consolidation and supports faster decision-making.
Salespark ASO was created to address two primary challenges. First, manual report reviews were time-consuming, leading to delays in sales oversight and decision-making. Second, ASOs lacked a centralized monitoring system, making it difficult to track executive performance and activities across large field teams. These issues created inefficiencies and limited visibility in sales operations.
The solution was to build a dashboard-driven Android application that consolidates field sales data into one platform. Filterable views with search and date filters were introduced to simplify report reviews. A centralized dashboard was designed to display orders, collections, and executive activities in real time. Lightweight summary cards were also developed to present key metrics at a glance, helping ASOs quickly identify trends, address issues, and improve field management.
