SaleSpark (SE) is a field sales enablement app designed to digitize the day-to-day operations of sales executives. It empowers field salespersons to manage customer orders, submit collection reports, and log daily activities, all from a mobile device. Developed in native Android (Java), the app simplifies workflows and reduces reliance on manual paperwork, enabling faster, error-free reporting and better communication with Area Sales Officers (ASOs).
SaleSpark (SE) was built with the field salesperson in mind, prioritizing simplicity, speed and clarity. The user interface is clean and minimal, enabling quick order input, collection submissions and visit logging without unnecessary steps or complexity. The design replaces time-consuming, error-prone paperwork with reliable digital submissions to help streamline communication and improve reporting accuracy.
SaleSpark (SE) aimed to address key challenges faced by sales executives. Manual paperwork led to frequent data loss, delays, and inefficiencies, while handwritten calculations often caused inaccurate figures in reports. Additionally, many field agents lacked clarity on daily submission requirements, resulting in incomplete or inconsistent reporting.
The app introduced digital forms with predefined fields and dropdowns to eliminate errors and speed up order entry. Validation logic and auto-calculation features were added to ensure data accuracy. To address workflow issues, a guided UI flow was designed, walking sales reps step by step through their daily routine—from order entry to collection reporting—providing clarity and efficiency.
